By the end of the meeting, SPD Corporation had agreed to support us, and the ₩500,000 donation was transferred the following day. Even more encouragingly, the company committed to making recurring donations of ₩500,000 every two months, offering common&good a more consistent source of financial support. What stayed with me most was not simply how quickly the agreement was reached, but the trust it represented. I had grown accustomed to thinking about fundraising in terms of individual contributions, each requiring a new effort to secure support. The prospect of recurring donations made me think differently about what common&good could become. Rather than planning only around the resources immediately available to us, we could begin to consider longer-term commitments and projects that required continuity. At the same time, I felt a greater sense of responsibility. Receiving a one-off donation was an opportunity to put someone's generosity to good use, but being promised continued support meant earning that confidence repeatedly through our actions. I am deeply grateful to SPD Corporation not only for its financial contribution, but also for believing that common&good's work was worth investing in over time. The meeting reminded me that securing support is not the end of a responsibility, but the beginning of one.
