International Tourism Marathon

May 19 2024ㅣInternational Tourism Marathonㅣ₩50,000 The Jeju International Tourism Marathon brought together thousands of runners from different cities, countries, and backgrounds. For a few hours, we shared the same roads and finish line before returning to lives that might never cross again. What stayed with me were the smallest interactions: a volunteer handing me water, a stranger cheering my name from my bib, or another runner offering a quiet “well done.” We never knew each other, yet briefly became part of one another’s journeys. It reminded me that even temporary encounters can leave something behind. To make one of those fleeting connections last a little longer, I contributed another ₩50,000 ($32.7 as of Aug 2026) to common&good, hoping that a race lasting only a morning could create an impact beyond its finish line.
