Nov 10 2024ㅣKakao Save Raceㅣ₩50,000 Someone once asked me what I think about while running. During the Kakao Save Race, I tried to pay attention, expecting profound thoughts or moments of clarity. Instead, my world gradually narrowed to my breathing, my footsteps, my heartbeat, and the road immediately ahead. Only after finishing did I realise that was the answer. Running does not always give me new thoughts. More often, it quietens the old ones. For forty or fifty minutes, there is simply less room to overthink, and that quiet has become one of running’s greatest gifts. As a small way of passing that gratitude forward, I contributed another ₩50,000 ($37.2 as of Aug 2026) to common&good, continuing my commitment to make each race mean something beyond the run itself.
